SCREEN PRINT
What is Screen Print?
Screen printing involves creating a stencil of the design on a mesh screen and then subjecting it with the ink in such a way that ink passes through the mesh and onto the surface underneath creating an imprint of the design.
Pros of Screen Print
Screen printing has a complicated set up but only needs to be done once before printing can begin. This is great for orders with high volume since it will make costs low.
Screen printed designs are typically much more durable due to the technique laying down thick layers of ink which are absorbed by the material, leading to enhanced durability.
